- Choose the certificate titles you want to order from any of our lines: Majestic (11" x 14"), Prestige (8½" x 14"), or Acclaim (8½" x 11"). The minimum order of certificates is 25. However, this minimum can consist of several different titles and sizes. The price will be calculated on the total number of certificates ordered. Each certificate will come with 1 ½ inches of red, white, and blue combination ribbon and a gold seal that you will affix.

- Choose the heading for your certificates. Each certificate will receive the two-line heading of your choice imprinted free in black with our standard typefaces.
Two of the most popular choices are "Office of the Mayor" and "From the Governing Body of." However, the two-line heading may be whatever suits your particular needs.

You must select signature setup "A" or "B" for the bottom right hand side of your Majestic Certificates. If you do not make your choice known, YOU WILL RECEIVE SETUP "A".
Choose “A” for a single official’s signature line, an attesting signature line, and a date line.
Choose “B” for multiple officials’ signature lines and a date line.

- Choose the greeting card tiles from Greeting Card Titles and Suggested Uses or View Greeting Cards that you want to order. The minimum order of cards is 50. However, this minimum can consist of several different titles. The price will be calculated on the total number of cards ordered. Envelopes will be included.
