We ship United Parcel Service Ground Tracking in the continental U.S.A. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping and handling charges will be added to all invoices. Our baseline standard shipping charge is $8.75. Rush shipping (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, etc.) is available upon request with an additional charge. Please call (256) 739-5951 for further information.
Shipping & Handling Breakdowns
- Certificates Only – The charge for an order consisting of only certificates is $8.75.
- Greeting Cards Only – The charge for an order consisting of only cards is $8.75.
- Folders Only – Thecharge for an order consisting of only presentation folders is a minimum of $8.75. Shipping and handling charges for 50 or more folders is 6% of the total folder order.
- Extra Ribbon and/or Seals Only – The charge for an order consisting of only extra ribbon and/or seals is $6.75.
- Combination Orders without Folders – The charge for an order of that is a combination of certificates, cards, extra ribbon and/or gold seals is $8.75.
- Combination Orders with Folders – The charge for an order of that is a combination of presentation folders, certificates, cards, extra ribbon and/or gold seals is $8.75 when the total number of folders is less than 50.
When the total number of folders is 50 or greater in an order that is a combination of presentation folders, certificates, cards, extra ribbon and/or gold seals, shipping charges will be 6% of the total folder order.
- The Blue Book of Awards – The shipping and handling charge for one book is $8.75. Due to the weight of the book, we cannot combine the shipping charges of the book with the shipping charges of our other items. The only exception is if the order is a combination of a book and certificates then the shipping charge will remain $8.75.
